Q. Are you Bilstein?
A. No. Bilstein do not sell directly to the general public. We are Sourcefy Ltd, an authorized Bilstein dealer who have 15+ years experience with Bilstein products. Our staff have been trained by Bilstein at the factory in Ennepatel, Germany so we can give you expert advice if needed.
Q. I've placed an order, what happens now?
A, We check the products are available and get them shipped straight out to you. If any problems arise we will contact you asap. Otherwise the goods will be sent straight out for delivery either from us or directly from Bilstein UK. You will receive an email from us when the order has been sent.
Q.How long does it take to deliver my order? Who's it sent by?
A. Normally your order can be delivered within 48hrs (UK). We use Parcelforce, DPD and Fedex with full tracking facility.
Q. I'm not from the UK, can you still help me?
A. Yes of course, please contact us before ordering for a shipping quote if your country is not listed when checking out.
Q. I received an email from you saying my goods have been sent but I've not received the parcel?
A. Please allow up to 48hrs for UK delivery. If that time has passed please email us with your order number so we can track your order. International orders can take anything up to 5 days depending on location.
